About Tracey Picone
I started teaching here on the Island at age 14, and had my own studio until moving to Calgary at age 26. Since then, I only taught one or two students a year while working full-time as a software developer. Now, I've come home to the Island and want to return to my real passion, music.

I have my grade 10 with the Royal Toronto Conservatory, and have been an instructor of everything (beyond music) from dancing to University courses to specialized training for people with Autism and brain injuries.
I play several instruments and have sung in 4-part harmony with several choirs, and performed in community musicals for years.
I'm also taking fiddle lessons for the first time, so I know what it feels like to be a new learner, and frustrated your fingers won't do what you want!
